INTRODUCTION

Overview.

Software Engineer with 5 years of progressive experience and double background in Business Administration (Leadership/Finance) and Computer Engineering. Experience with building scalable cloud-based backend, orchestration, automation and microservices using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL, Rest APIs, DevOps, CI/CD and event-driven architecture. Double M.BA education in leading teams and enabling employees to achieve their potential, understand team dynamics and moral identities. Research areas in sustainability and strategic AI usage.

Software Architect (Engineer)
XIP BV — Enschede, The Netherlands
  • Implemented cloud-based microservices for a factory automation platform using AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, NGINX, Redis, Python and Redis which raised considerable capital from regional investors.
  • Deployed the initial node-based communication infrastructure with factory machines, consisting of math, problem solving and communication with other departments.
  • Designed the frontend-backend protocols using REST, NodeJS, ReactJS and PostgreSQL.

Booking Experts BV — Enschede, The Netherlands
  • Collaborated with the DevOps team, improving and achieving 99.9% uptime availability.
  • Migrated, refactored and scaled more than 15 CMS (10% legacy codebase) components with Ruby on Rails, React, OOP, Turbo to deploy CMS integrations (Pipedrive).
  • Initially led the design of the Kubernetes architecture using AWS, Terraform, NGINX, Docker, Prometheus and HELM.

  • Developed 5+ event-driven microservices (Headless, Event-Driven) with AWS, Kafka, SQS, SNS and NodeJS to migrate and integrate ERP system(s), resulting in a 30% throughput increase.
